Deposits, less a service charge of $250 per camper, are refundable until May 15, 2024.

Full payment must be received by May 15 in order for your child to be registered.

Late registrations (after May 15), require full payment at the time of registration.

Cancellations after May 15 are not eligible for refund.

At the discretion of the camp director, requests for transfer to alternate sessions within the same summer without penalty may be accommodated if space allows, provided it is before the session start date.

Credit for camp fees towards any other Human Moves programs are NOT entitled but subject to consideration by the management team.

Camp fees apply to specific sessions and are not calculated on a day-to-day basis. There are no refunds for any days missed for any reason.. Days missed cannot be made up.

Refund requests must be made in writing to the Camp Director and all approved refunds will be paid within 30 days after September 1, of the current camp year.

Human Moves is committed to respecting individuals' privacy and recognizes a need for the appropriate management and protection of any personal information that you agree to provide to us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization other than as necessary to fulfill your request.

Your privacy is essential to us. The trust placed in us by our customers is critical to our success. We understand that and do all we can to earn and protect that trust. We do not share your personal information with any outside companies nor collect any information.
