POLICIES

  • If there is a positive case of Covid-19 in your child’s Cohort (group of 15 as per current Ministry of Health Guidelines), which results in your child not attending camp due to quarantine for the requisite time period as per Public Health guidelines, you will receive a refund for days missed.

  • Deposits, less a service charge of $250 per camper, are refundable until May 15, 2021. Refunds on service charge camp fees are ONLY available if the Government does not allow camps to open OR shuts camps down mid-season due to Covid-19. Otherwise, camp fees are not refundable after May 15.

  • Full payment must be received by May 15 in order for your child to be registered.

  • Late registrations (after May 15), require full payment at the time of registration.

  • Cancellations after May 15 are not eligible for refund.

  • At the discretion of the camp director, requests for transfer to alternate sessions within the same summer without penalty may be accommodated if space allows, provided it is before the session start date. Due to the guidelines implemented to reduce the risk of spread of Covid-19, your child(ren) cannot switch groups or switch programs once a session has begun.

  • Once your child(ren)’s camp has begun as per their enrollment, camp fees are NOT eligible for any credit to any other programs.

  • Camp fees apply to specific sessions and are not calculated on a day-to-day basis. There are no refunds for any days missed for any reason other than outlined above (Covid-19 quarantine).  Days missed cannot be made up.

  • Refund requests must be made in writing to the Camp Director and all approved refunds will be paid within 30 days after September 1, 2021.

We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization other than as necessary to fulfill your request.

  2. Your privacy is essential to us. The trust placed in us by our customers is critical to our success. We understand that and do all we can to earn and protect that trust. We do not share your personal information with any outside companies nor collect any information.

  3. Our Commitment to Privacy: We take customer privacy seriously and do not sell or give out any customer information. We do not keep a mailing list nor distribute a newsletter.
