LEADERSHIP PROGRAMS
These leadership programs are designed to provide youth with the opportunity to be part of a team and to assume responsibility.
The experience will help them excel as leaders both at camp and beyond.
Leader in Training (LIT) - age 14
This program is a great introduction to learn what it means to be a leader. LITs assist staff with all daily tasks, activities, and outings.
Counselor in Training (CIT) - age 15
We aim to give Counselors-In-Training the opportunity to develop communication, coaching, and organizational skills while learning how to become a positive role model within a supportive and inclusive environment.
